Silicon wafer corrosion: Using sodium hydroxide to corrode polysilicon to remove the surface damage layer produced when the silicon wafer is sliced by a multi-wire cutting saw, and at the same time, using the anisotropy of sodium hydroxide to corrode silicon to strive for a surface fabric with a lower reflectivity.

Wafer Polishing: Removing surface irregularities and impurities to obtain a flat and smooth surface can improve wafer performance, reliability and lifetime.
