The ethylene glycol cold‑source fan wall is a special low‑temperature EC modular cooling fan wall system. It is fitted with EC permanent‑magnet fan matrix and dedicated ethylene glycol heat‑exchange coil. Using anti‑freezing ethylene glycol aqueous solution as heat‑exchange medium, it completely resolves the problem of coil cracking under low‑temperature conditions in northern regions.
The fans support 0‑100% stepless intelligent speed regulation, dynamically matching air volume and cooling capacity according to computer room load. It adopts N+1 redundant operation architecture; failure of one single module will not interrupt overall cooling supply.
The whole unit adopts modular assembly design for flexible deployment and phased capacity expansion. It can be seamlessly connected to environmental monitoring system to realize fully‑automatic intelligent temperature control.
The cabinet is made of anti‑corrosion and weather‑resistant materials for long‑term continuous operation. Specially developed for data centers and constant‑temperature workshops in severe‑cold regions, it serves as core equipment for cooling and PUE reduction of northern computer rooms.
