Battery assembly exhaust treatment solution

Battery assembly exhaust sources

Paste making: Use specialized solvents and bonding agents to mix with the powdered positive and negative active substances respectively, and after high-speed mixing and homogenization, the positive and negative substances are made into paste.

Coating: the made slurry is evenly coated on the surface of the metal foil, dried, and made into positive and negative electrodes respectively.

Assembly: Positive electrode - diaphragm - negative electrode - diaphragm put in the order of top to bottom, after winding to make the battery core, and then injected into the electrolyte, sealing and other processes, that is, the completion of the battery assembly process, made of finished batteries.

Formation: Charge/discharge test of finished batteries with special battery charging/discharging equipments, test every battery and screen out qualified finished batteries to be shipped out.

In particular, a large amount of waste gas will be generated in the process of pulping and coating in battery assembly.
